the Embassies and Royal commissions in Riyadh, combining the rich culture with modern luxury,
consisting of Hotel rooms, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 to 4 bedroom Villas with a Butler service, LOccitane
Spa, Gym, 4 F&B outlets, outside catering, Piano Bar and a Fashion lounge; located Northwest of Riyadh,
place of a peaceful retreat and a popular touristic attraction.
• Enhance owners value proposition: brand engagement through business review meetings, quality
assurance audits, guest feed back and overalls satisfaction score (GRI 96% and Booking.com 9.8/10),
financials KPIs (Revpar 950 USD or 3, 562 SAR & GOP 55%), direct business leads, diversify the market
segmentation and CSR contribution.
• My responsibilities includes: net room growth, operation excellence through reaching key objectives, a
sustained hotel performance, consistent quality, legal compliance, new openings support and commercial
performance.
• In addition, I support and give guidance to the Excom and Group General Manager, recruitments, first year
operational Budget and 5 years projection for new upcoming properties.
• Maximizes food and beverage revenues by ensuring optimal promotion of catering/outlet space, MICE
business and most cost-effective management of the hotels food and beverage outlets.
• Last, I monitor the performance of Key operations Managers, career development programs for Saudi
employees (Saudi Management trainee program) and on job trainings.

• Operating 115 rooms, 54 serviced apartments and the Biggest Royal Residence with 4131 sqm with 3
Pavillons, Swimming pool and private Gym
• Attend for the Hotels events and assists Guests (7 F&B outlets, 3 Wedding venues and a Theater)
• Handling Guests requests, courtesy call and follow up
• Coordinate with other departments for Guests preferences and special requests
• Checking the Rooms condition, maintenance and status

• Room service, order taker, amenities and mini bar attendant
• Various positions in different F&B outlets: Italian, International, Oriental, Asian, Lounge and Bar
• Banqueting and special events (1200 pax)
• Butler for the VIP Club Floors Breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and over night menu
