HR Manager
• Setting and periodically reviewing HR policies
• Setting and periodically reviewing HR procedures and KPIs under the requirements of ISO
9001:2008 (Lebanon)
• Planning for current and future needs of manpower in the organization in coordination with all departments and in accordance with the relevant budget.
• Recruiting and selecting the right candidates in line with concerned parties in order to fill job vacancies
• Planning and controlling the pay and benefits through a complete time management system, establishing provisions and end of service entitlements and make a periodical review to salary scales
• Enrolling employees in the NSSF and controlling contributions to the mentioned fund in coordination with the accounting department and government relations officer
• Preparing, and finalizing employees’ employment contracts in line with all requirements of labor ministry
• Managing employees’ data in a systematic manner through a customized HRIS
• Preparing correspondence with other departments, employees, management and other external entities
• Processing the induction of the new joiners, and end of service procedures for terminated employees.
• Managing the performance evaluation system on a yearly basis with a review every 3 months
• Analyzing training needs, recommending and coordinating training sessions
• Monitoring employee relations like creating a productive environment, enhancing company’s culture, recreation activities, increasing employee retention and motivation, grievances and complaints resolution.
• Planning leaves in coordination with head of departments and project managers with all necessary arrangements.
• Representing the company in the Labor department or ministry of labor and other legal and governmental entities related to labor affairs.
• Following up with the insurance companies regarding the workmen compensation’s policies and all
other policies like CAR and CPM, and establishing a secure medical system for the employees


Additional duties in Qatar (2007 till end of 2010) :
• Allocating company resources and logistics related to personnel affairs such as accommodations, transportation and their correspondent maintenance.
• Controlling immigration system including Passports, visas issuance, residence permits issuance (including medical tests and fingerprint) and renewals.
