◦ Organize and efficiently allocate all electro-mechanical resources to accommodate maintenance
◦ Conduct RFP/ RFI/ Bid preparations for various projects, including the provision of cost estimations, preventive maintenance checklist and routines, etc…
◦ Responsible for invoicing materials for all parts and equipment in use for present and future purposes
◦ Conceptualize and present electrical shop & as-built drawings
◦ Responsible for the organization of preventive maintenance for all electrical systems

◦ Coordinate with inspectors for approvals on all notifications for construction
◦ Monitor and oversee the daily operations and progress of each assigned project
