Handling HR strategy development and implementation of Boecker® Group; member of the CEO’s executive team.
In charge of standardizing HR policies and procedures, in addition to training, supporting and auditing branches.

Achievements:
 Shifted the perception of the organization on HR’s role and sourced candidates to implement the new HR vision.
 Built a Competency Framework to support Boecker® vision 2020 in terms of talent sourcing, talent management and performance management.
 Created and oversaw the implementation of a new performance management system.
 Developed a strategy for talent acquisition that lead to reduced cost of recruitment across branches and enhanced caliber after updating responsibilities and requirements of all roles.
 Transformed the training methodology for technical and soft skills in onboarding and employee development.
 Enhanced internal processes and reports through suggesting modification on the ERP system and creating workflows using Office 365 platforms.
 Launched a Group project and involved all local HR teams in creating a customized soft skills library.
