In three-year period, with growth to 8, 000 employees, created monthly magazine, The Desert Eagle; weekly newsletter, The Wing; revised company’s web site to better support recruitment; issued manager’s orientation handbook, Toolkit for Leadership, updated on a quarterly basis; and provided support communications for 35 members of senior management team.

Commended for performance by CEO of CSA, Ltd. as well as President of AECOM Government Services.
