- Process material requests; review physical and technical requirement, gather, assess and verify quotations, negotiate/finalize prices within the budget, evaluate, prepare and issue Purchase Orders.
- Follow-up and coordinate delivery of purchased goods/services.
- Verify availability of required goods from Head Office Stock Warehouse before making purchase and confirm compliance of available material to technical requirement.
- Process material submittal for approval; review physical and technical requirement, gather, assess and verify quotations, negotiate prices within the budget, evaluate and nominate material for approval, coordinate submittal preparation with supplier, and ensure timely receipt of submittal on site.
- Supervise preparation of Tender Documents consisting of Instruction to Bidders, General Contract Conditions, and Bill of Quantities.
- Supervise Tender Document adjustments as per Tender Addendum and Clarifications.
- Review and quality check completed deliverables for issuance.
- Supervise Quantity Surveyors and organize schedules and tasks for QS assignment.
- Perform evaluation and submit recommendation of project interim payment application and variation claims.
- Review and recommend on project commercial issues.
- Attend and report on project site
- Over-all in-charge of Tender Bid submission consisting of Priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Addendums and other miscellaneous requirements.
- Supervises Estimating Engineers and organize schedules and tasks in ensuring timely completion of Tender Bids.
- Review and take-off HVAC bid plans, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit queries for clarification.
- Gather, assess and verify quotations. Negotiate for improved prices.
- Prepare complete estimate and cost breakdown.
- Translate estimate to Tender Bid format.
- Price and fill-up Bill of Quantities.
- Perform supervision to ensure that the technical, administrative, direct labor and schedule targets of the project are met.
- Supervise Testing and Balancing Works for HVAC systems.
- Prepare, verify and submit Testing & Balancing Reports.
- Organize and coordinate schedule with responsible authorities.
- Supervise Testing and Balancing Technician and organize work TAB schedule to meet timely completion of work.
