▪ Job Title: KSA Construction Project Manager
▪ Project: RUH8 Fulfillment Center
▪ Project Description: RUH8 is the biggest fulfillment center in the middle east,
which added to KSA network 41.7K NET CBM, creating a storage density of 1.16
CBM/SQM, on the basis of G+4 storage system with a 101, 520 m2 built up area,
the material handling equipment consists of 12 vertical respiratory conveyors and
more than 2.5 km of tote conveyors.
▪ Job Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and team with the designer and Amazon stakeholders to prepare the
Concept design, Schematic design, design report, detailed design, and the tender
drawings.
2. Apply value management techniques to ensure that the project cost does not
exceed the approved budget, estimate and analysis the cost based on the
detailed design and tender documents.
3. Provide technical direction for preparing the tender documents, RFPs,
prequalifying the contractors and vendors, collect, coordinate response to
queries from bidders, analyze, evaluate, appraise, recommend and report on the
technical and commercial aspects of the tenders.
4. Manage and coordinate the general contractor, site supervision team, storage
and VRC vendors, in addition to integrate the construction schedule with Amazon
departments (IT, Physical Security Integration, Start up, Reliability Maintenance
Engineers, ops. engineering, and the operation leaders) in order to generate the
integrated schedule.
5. Maintain the safety and quality procedures according to Amazon WHS standards.
6. Handing over the project to operations and facilities with the relevant documents
and training.

* Project: Ministry of Interior-Directorates and Headquarters of Security Sectors (KAP 4).
*Project Description: The Project cost is 550 Million SAR with area 300, 000 m2
Consists of:
- Main Buildings, Guest House, Service Tunnel, Electrical Substations, Pump Plant.
* Job Responsibilities :
1. Managing the assignment of Manpower materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals.
2. Monitoring performance and productivity of the construction supervision team and subcontractors to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
3. Maintaining project control documentation, design drawings and specifications, back-charge documents, Change orders, etc.
4. Establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with project design engineering, client representatives, and contractors.
5. Preparing periodic reports summarizing the progress of construction activities for higher-level management.
6. Deals directly with the Engineer, project manager and third-party inspectorate in quality-related matters, identifying and advising on the resolution of non-conformities, and ensuring that quality records are maintained.
7. Ensure that the project quality plan is understood, implemented, and maintain at all levels of the organization.

* Project: King Khaled International Airport Terminal 5 in Riyadh.
* Project Description: The Project Cost is 2.4 Billion SAR Consists of :
- New Passenger Terminal Building with area 100, 000 m2.
- Multi-Story Car Park for 3000 cars.
- 8 planes gates with passenger bridges.
- Service Buildings (Supply Building, Airport Operation Center, Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting Building & Airside Gate Building.)
- Two viaducts and Four baggage handling system tunnels
- Infrastructures work.
* Job Responsibilities :
1. Inspect all structural work to ensure all works are in compliance with the specifications and the approved drawings.
2. Reviewing project specifications according to standards and codes.
3. Reviewing and approving design modeling and all submitted structural calculations.
4. Reviewing and approving shop drawings, as build drawings.

* Project: Al Fakhra Date Factory in Alghat City
* Job Responsibilities :
1. Directing the team members for the execution of projects within the scope of work, time
2. Reviewing and coordinating (Structural, Architectural, and MEP) drawings.
3. Supervising and helping subcontractors to proceed in their scope of work.

 Project: Extension of Sinbelaween Water Treatment Plant.
