Contribute, as a Commander of the Region's Office and a member of the Sales, Marketing and Network management team to development of the overall Sales and Marketing strategy, policies and processes and Roll-out in the Region.
• Lead the development process of Sudatel annual Sales Plan, ensuring realistic and challenging targets are set for market share, market penetration, customer satisfaction and retention, return on advertising investment and brand development activities.

1. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
2. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business Relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
3. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, Revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations Presence throughout Australia.
4. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmed plans.
5. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system Of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales Newsletters and electronic bulletins.
6. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and Performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.

8. Schedule all task and activities and revue with my team and lead good relationship with other dept. to achieve our goals. Coordinated with marketing division to lead a good promotion activities (Advertisement, media …) to maximize sales revenue
9.Make sure the readiness of training content and attach it with the training offers.
10. Make sure the readiness of training halls and the surrounding environment of the center.
11.Calculate the cost of training courses and the development of competitive prices.
POSITION: PROMOTION UNIT MANGER AT SUDATEL FOR ENGINEERING SERVICE AT COMMERCIAL DEPT.FROM:

1.Working with sales departments, company officials, customers, and advertising agencies
2.Inspecting advertising copy and layouts and edit scripts, video and audio tapes, and any other promotional material that support product specifications.
3.Preparing and negotiating sales and advertising contracts.
4.Assisting in annual budget development plan.
5.Providing product demonstration and presentation supporting while introduction of new services and products to customers and field customers.
6.Planning and preparing advertising and promotional material for an increase in products or services sales.

As an engineer in commercial department responsible about the power services that provided by SudaService subsidiary company of Sudatel telecom group and also I have wide experience in the field of telecom exchange operating and maintenance as a supervisor engineer for eight years to plan and executed all preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities, as so as supervision for the air conditioning unit in Sudatel and direct responsible for all SLA and KPI that make in contract with other party to an adequate power service availability and reliability for providing voice, data and inter connectivity services for Customers and Operators by the following:
a. Reduce/eliminate power equipment outage by monitoring and applying effective preventive maintenance programs.
b. Reduce the maintenance time to repair of faulty devices by ensuring enough spares and smooth channels for advanced technical support.

2. INSTALLATION& MAINTENANCE OF COOLING SYSTEM (CENTRAL COOLING AND VARITY UNITS) & POWER SYSTEM ELECTRICITY&GENERATORS, (OFFICE &SITE).
3. RESPONCIBLE FOR ALL ENVIRONMENT AT EXCHANGE &SWITCHES ROOM IN SUDAN
