The Main Task includes: ♦ Project Management including Engineering, Procurement & Construction for all industrial & power projects including design works, procurement of materials, planning, subcontracting and all items needed for the EPC projects in full coordination with projects team regarding the civil works.
♦ Prepare all the projects requirements after award of contracts including all items needed for engineering (Topographic Survey, geotechnical investigation, design criteria), bids for subcontractor, etc.
♦ Review and approve the structural design calculations as per the design criteria.
♦ Review specification for compliance to client's specifications.
♦ Review structural / civil drawings for compliance to clients specification, standards & codes.
♦ Arrange & Process submittals for calculation notes & Drawings to client for approvals.
♦ Follow - up for submittal approval with Client.
♦ Arrange submittals for materials to be used in construction in co ordination with civil works sub contractors.
♦ Main contract management in co ordination with project management.
♦ Preparation of contract agreement to sub contractors.
♦ Subcontract management for civil contract.
♦ Revise and approve payment certificates to sub contractors.
♦ Co ordination for construction activities at site with P.M. team, subcontracts, materials / equipment suppliers, direct labor works.
♦ Procurement of Civil materials.
