strategies for driving growth across the group subsidiaries.

● Successfully drafted a business development plan for Zuku TV in Uganda and
restructured the entire company in line with the new strategy I facilitated.
● Cleared a backlog exercise of +1000 accounts that had billing irregularities and
returned about 400 churn accounts
