● Successfully drafted marketing collateral and facilitated the setting up of the online real
estate and physical marketing collateral.
● Implemented an operational framework for the property management and real estate
divisions of the business to formalize operations.
● Part of a core team awarded as the Best Large-Scale Agency in 2014 by Jumia House
in the first year of operations.
● Instrumental in setting up Handymen Uganda, a sister company focused on property
maintenance and construction. In less than four months the team brokered
transactions with Aya Group, TAMARAI, Legacy Holdings and Asante Waste
Management.

● Successfully drafted a business development plan for Zuku TV in Uganda and
restructured the entire company in line with the new strategy I facilitated.
● Cleared a backlog exercise of +1000 accounts that had billing irregularities and
returned about 400 churn accounts
