•• Implementation and development of the HSEQ manuals (system and procedures) by continually updating necessary amendments and changes to be abreast with current trends of best practices. I played a key role in maintenance of a continual balance of all interrelated operational functions processes /procedures of HR, Procurement, Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, Information technology, C & F, Port operations & Global supply chain.
• Monitoring on adhearance to all set processes and procedures for quality management, control of environmental aspects, HACCP and food safety controls, measures of Safety and Security. This system was implemented in 5 facilities in the GCC ( UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman ) and Djibouti-Africa and managed centrally by me in UAE.
• Adhere to responsibilities of a Management Representative by heading the Quality Assurance department and reporting to Top Management.
• Representing the organisation at all external audits conducted by certification agencies and customers.
• Managing the Complaints management system which was the core function of the QA department and had a key role in documenting complaints and rejects/returns received at both external and internal sources, investigating the same to identify root causes and set the corrective and preventive action, addressing the same at a daily operation meeting with HOD's to spearhead strategic decisions taken. Statistically evaluate KPI's of the same against historical data for trend analysis.
• Addressing customer complaints post investigation for resolutions to enhance assurance to customer’s confidence.
• An active role in managing the company profile updated, addressing customer’s periodic questionnaires, submission documentation for bids and tenders, review of contract documents and identify anomalies, if any, on behest of the marketing division.
• Developed protocols for Emergency evacuations, Business continuity and disaster management, Investigation and review of reports on accidents and incidents, Implemented control measures for safe fork lift operation, external safe driving, port safety etc.
• Creating training modules with effective presentation and training skills that led to development of Awareness and Training on Quality Management system, Environmental and safety risk assessments, ISO standards, HACCP implementation, Warehouse safety, Disaster management and Business Continuity, order processing, customer service, skill development, warehouse safety, environmental impacts, incident reportings, ISO awareness, food safety, port safety, HACCP, emergency evacuations, risk assessment ...to name a few.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and develop reports identifing key strengths, continual improvements actioned, note worthy efforts, review of KPI performance, gaps identified, document control & Non conformities observed. Scheduling of follow up audits to audit closure of Non conformities and status on observations raised at the initial audit.
• Conduct Vendor due deligence audits under a vendor enrichment and development programme and for induction of new vendors.
• Evaluating and producing the statistics of key KPI’s on a monthly and annual basis with focus on trend analysis.
• Collation of data on Appreciations, delivery feedback and evaluation of Customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct evaluation of Risk assessment, hazard identification, establishment of controls and corrective action and coordinating with respective head of department for managing the risk register.
• Routine inspections and surprise checks on warehouse functions and product integrity.

 Secured the ISO certification in 2012 to the ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 standards to all our offices in Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Djibouti .
 Secured the ISO14001:2004 & ISO22000:2005 certification to the Dubai facility in 2011,
 Developed and implemented a vendor management system
