MY Achievements: I participated in the establishment of the Takaful Cooperative Department because I am the first employee in the Department, and I and the regional manager did a lot of interviews to select the employees of the sales department until 100 employees were employed. I also participated in the regional manager in choosing the location of the department, how ofices are distributed and the division of work. I trained my sales team on the system and in the field .I did 3 sales courses for 50 trainees and become one of the best sellers in the kingdom I trained. I worked as the acting regional manager for 3 months while the manager was taking an emergency leave.
