to facilitate HR functions and support day-to-day operations
 Focus on performance management, leadership development, and conflict
management
 Develop company Organization Charts and Job Descriptions of all existing and
new positions
 Responsible for the delivery of HR processes as per the assigned business area
 Acting as subject matter expert for all HR services, including Performance
Management, Training, Employee Engagement, Talent Management
 Building strong relation with government Sector (like Dubai Tourism, Ministry of
human resource and Emiratization ...etc ) to support us with Emiratisation
 Providing continuous consultation to the business with need of Emiratisation to
fulfill UAE strategy in Emiratisation

 Handled the HR department for the Group’s Environmental Division consisting
of seven (7) companies, with different locations ( AD and Dubai).
 In liaison with the managing director, create a HR strategy and an annual HR
plan. Communicate plans and progress against the plan to the HR functions
 Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions
 Act as an advisor to Line Managers in order to educate them and minimize risk
 Handled all aspects of recruitment this included developing job descriptions,
preparing advertisements, reading application forms and CVs, short listing,

 Wrote job description for each employee from blue collar to heads of division.

 Managed all the Group’s the Public Relations Officers (PROs) for the employee
visa processes, renewals, cancellations and immigration and labour related

 Prepared the employment offer letters and contracts
 Participated in document preparation stage for the Group’s submission for the
SKEA ( Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award)
 Managed the Environmental Division’s trade licenses including new and
oversaw their renewal
 Prepared the KPI's for the employees particularly the sales executives for
Performance Management.
