Playing the role of consultant to Business Leaders on the people agenda
Working closely with the functional heads understand, anticipate and
recommend way forward on all people related matters
Recruitment for the new and replacement positions: Understanding talent
needs and ensuring on time, effective talent acquisition. Using cost effective
and innovative means to recruitment
Conducting new employee induction through a structured Program to make
sure smooth onboarding and all the new joiners are getting the support they
needed
Responsible of the Talent Management by mapping of talent, monitoring
progress and assisting on development
Handling employee Relations including but not limited to employee
communication, problem solving, redeployment and resignations
Review and update headcount and structures for any changes that need to be
made
Development need analysis for all employees based on annual performance and
provide regular discussion with functional heads
Developing orientation/induction and onboarding plan
Supporting the business in development plan for Nationals
Providing continuous consultation on how to interact with UAE National from
different aspect like UAE National culture, on boarding.. etc
Monitor HR functions ensuring they are running based on the local labor law
and according to set standards/KPI’s
Implement the general strategy as set by the Group and develop a local strategy
to facilitate HR functions and support day-to-day operations
Focus on performance management, leadership development, and conflict
management
Develop company Organization Charts and Job Descriptions of all existing and
new positions
Responsible for the delivery of HR processes as per the assigned business area
Acting as subject matter expert for all HR services, including Performance
Management, Training, Employee Engagement, Talent Management
Building strong relation with government Sector (like Dubai Tourism, Ministry of
human resource and Emiratization ...etc ) to support us with Emiratisation
Providing continuous consultation to the business with need of Emiratisation to
fulfill UAE strategy in Emiratisation
Hire and implement Emirati Graduate development Program

7 Days 7 Emirates with Ministry of Human Recourse and Emiratization
Handled the HR department for the Group’s Environmental Division consisting
of seven (7) companies, with different locations ( AD and Dubai).
In liaison with the managing director, create a HR strategy and an annual HR
plan. Communicate plans and progress against the plan to the HR functions
Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions
Act as an advisor to Line Managers in order to educate them and minimize risk
Handled all aspects of recruitment this included developing job descriptions,
preparing advertisements, reading application forms and CVs, short listing,
interviewing and selecting candidates at all levels includes CFO and Director.
Wrote job description for each employee from blue collar to heads of division.
Implemented the Group’s policy and procedure starting from identifying the
required changes such as working conditions, performance management, equal
opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
and developing the necessary amendments for the Environmental Division
Managed all the Group’s the Public Relations Officers (PROs) for the employee
visa processes, renewals, cancellations and immigration and labour related
documents
Succession planning
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and
benefits.
Prepared the employment offer letters and contracts
Participated in document preparation stage for the Group’s submission for the
SKEA ( Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award)
Managed the Environmental Division’s trade licenses including new and
oversaw their renewal
Prepared the KPI's for the employees particularly the sales executives for
Performance Management.

experience, practical skills, career advice and exposure to a multicultural work

Developing flowcharts for all HR procedures which made the procedures more
