The main responsibilities are planning and follow up tasks (Time Schedule, Resource
assignment and allocation, Follow up progress and readjust according to the actual
performance, etc….).
Main tasks:
A. Planning, (Master / Detail Schedules, Update it Follow Up)
B. Produce daily, weekly or biweekly detailed planning as required.
C. Monitor progress of works and resources and ensuring project programmed
D. Completion and carry out updating of time schedules.
E. Compiling progress reports to the Employer and/or Upper Level.
F. Participate in progress and technical meeting as required.
G. Propose action regarding catching up delays of construction.
H. Reporting, (Weekly, Monthly to the Client & Management Director).
