Ensure that all departments understand & implement quality standards. Additionally, make sure that all the company’s products meet quality criteria from raw materials into the final product.
1. Review and maintain systems, processes and procedures to ensure conformity to existing international standards and thus optimise performance and achieve prescribed business objectives.
2. Provide a training & development resource on the relevant QMS areas to ensure full compliance.
3. Support and promote the quality culture within the Company to increase employee awareness, and their contribution to achieving the set Quality Objectives.
4. Maintain specifications and statutory/regulatory requirements ensuring they are up to date, pertinent, and fully compliant.
5. Provide leadership and direction to site and functional QA managers to achieve their set quality system goals
6. Control and minimise costs to achieve agreed annual targets and budgets
7. Manage and comply with the company OHS requirements
Train and develop staff to improve the knowledge base and maximize output

Needless to say those projects were in the field of (Fast Food) with the aim of: *Decreasing the faulty bread percentage. *Conducting home delivery. This led to the improvement of the smooth process of production and the existence of high quality.
