• Laying down the strategy and annual plan for each of the business units with regards to marketing, sales, and operations
• Forecasting requirements, preparing the annual budget for the business units
• Setting up policies & procedures and making sure they are implemented across all units
• Managing relationships with key partners to achieve strategic goals and objectives including government entities and local agencies
• Laying down operational systems to ensure a smooth
• Serving as a consultant to the wider group in terms of strategies, policies, operational systems, and goal setting
• Overseeing the implementation of all action plans and providing course correction advises whenever needed

• Incorporating case studies in the training material to align practice with knowledge
• Making sure all business units targets are met in an efficient and diligent manner
• Setting up the technology transfer plan (Management skills, railway engineering & maintenance, rolling stock, etc..)
Projects Overseen
• Developing HR strategies aligned with the business strategy & objectives and aligning budget & resource allocation to achieve said strategy
• Organizational re-structuring and aligning all departments on the new direction and structure
• Laying down a change management plan which incorporates business and human factors
• Aligning with department heads on the reengineering process of jobs
• Designing relevant job descriptions and conducting job analysis for all jobs
• Setting goals for all HR teams (Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Shared Services) on a central & local level
• Setting specific KPIs for HR teams to align plans with performance
• Setting the policies & procedures to regulate all HR operations and improve employee experience in the company
• Optimize all HR activities & operations to adhere to local laws and policies
• Digitization of HR operations across all department functions
• Implementing an HRMS across the entire group
• Developing a manpower plan and oversee its execution locally or overseas (Includes white collar and blue collar)
• Designing a hiring structure to optimize overstaffing or understaffing
• Designing a performance management improvement plan and working on implementing the plan in the agreed phases
• Developing compensation and benefits strategies to guarantee company's ability to acquire the desired talents
• Developing plan to enhance company culture to maintain a healthy work environment
• Various CSR activities such as student trainings, career advisory services, etc..
Assisting organizations to identify their gaps and develop strategies to tackle those gaps
• Assisting organizations to successfully transition and implement a change management
tactics
• Developing learning programs based on case studies and real-life examples
• Designing workshops for companies tackling various concerns
• Evaluating organizational development needs and designing programs to meet those
needs
• Developing relevant policies & procedures for organizations as per their identified need
• Putting forward individual development plans for senior positions in various organizations
• Overseeing the L&D team and making sure all plans are running smoothly
• Developing a performance management program to upskill the L&D team
