Perform business requirements analysis
Diagnose and resolve technical software issues, advice “HITS” users on appropriate action Analyzing the customer needs and try to find the best practice to match the customer requirementsSystem Installation : Install IIS, SQL Server, Reporting Service, and system on the ServerInstall, configure, integrate, and upgrade “HITS” HRMS software.
Consult and support all HR & Payroll inquires and issues.
Responsible for installing Hardware, Software and peripheral Components, testing and maintaining them, and providing timely technical support to the company users
Systems and network troubleshooting and monitoring, and replace defective components as needed
Installing and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications and other windows server applications (Active directory, Exchange server, ISA server)
