Set strategies and plans, new business development, budgeting and forecasting, refurbishment plans, crisis communication plans, preparing policies and procedures and compliance with safety regulation.
Responsible for the management of the company and the only hotel at the airport with a capacity of 313 rooms and an average annual occupancy rate 91%.
Responsible for the management of the resort operations and staff. Member of pre opening team for ACCOR's 5 stars 3 projects in Jordan: Sofitel Taybet Zaqman - Petra, Sofitel Beit Zaman - Petra, and Mercure Ma'in Hotel and Resort.
Responsible for the management of the fornt of house, House keeping, Laundry, Reservations and public Relations Departments.
