• Study drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions.
• Monitor the work being undertaken by Site Engineers and Site Supervisors, taking any necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with Contract documents,
specifications, method statements, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that work practices are compliant with policies and procedures taking appropriate corrective action and/or reporting where non-compliance is identified.
• Take a decision related to the conflicts between proposed material samples and literature submitted by contractors against the contract specifications, drawings, BOQ and
costing.
• Evaluate and recommend sub-contractors manufacturers and their technical staff in coordination with the employer's representative for his discipline.
• Review and approve the As-Built Drawings for final approval by Resident Engineer.
• Assist in preparing the Final Acceptance and Completion Report.
• Witnesses and supervise commissioning and start-up advice.
• Daily review and approval of contractor's submittals, Shop drawings, samples, materials, catalogs technical data sheets and RFI's issued by contractors for different technical disciplines.
• Approve or reject contractor's submittals / IRs specifications.
According to contract drawings.
• Carry on technical inspections on the job site in both material delivery and installation, such as elevators, escalators, etc.

Job Description:
Review all projects specifications and documentations.
Oversee of Installation, Operation & maintenance to make sure that the installed
according to the Specification.
Coordinates all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lifts with civil activities.
Attending the meeting with the client & take the Minutes of meeting & highlight to the
MEP manager points need action.
Ensures that all related subcontractors are using and have received the valid contract
drawings and documents related to their scope.
Monitors all subcontractors’ resources to ensure adequacy and availability to maintain
the construction schedule.
Prepare Daily Programs and Daily Reports.
Liaises with Consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, PM, PCM, and PEs to ensure an
effective interface with the construction schedule and full compliance.
Monitors testing and commissioning of plant and equipment and ensures their
operation are adequately documented and retains results for record purposes of all
testing and commissioning.
Participates in the handing over Team. Controls, supervises the application of handing
over procedure, and inspects works and lists items needing rectification, distributes
respective remedial responsibilities to the relevant Sub-contractors.
Ensures the completion of snags identified by Consultant/Client/Departments.
Coordinates with the PQM all the requirements of handing over and close out.
