Practical skills

During practical courses I worked on different projects and gained different practical skills such as:

Nucleic acids extraction using kits or manual procedure from variety of samples.
Amplification of Nucleic acids using PCR even convential PCR or real time PCR.
Restriction enzyme digestion using restriction enzymes.
Plasmid cloning.
Detection of nucleic acids by gel electrophoresis.
Preparation different types of media for plant tissue culture and Microbiology.
Plant tissue culture and bacterial culture
Identification of bacteria types using basic methods and test.
Extraction and detection of Proteins.
Excellent skills for using different scientific laboratory instruments such as microscope, microtome, centrifuge, nanodrope, thermal cycler, HPLC system, ULPC system, spectrophotometer, affymetrix microarray unit.
