As Clinic Manager I have both administrative and medical tasks to complete, my duties and responsibilities vary.

Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:

Oversee daily clinic operations.
Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic’s budget.
Take inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment.
Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews.
Update patient medical records.

As a customer relations representative my basic role is to ensure a high standard of customer service which should exceed the customers expectations, and handle all patient's complaints.
Also to arrange patient's appointments, medical files, operations and medical reports.

As a flight attendant my basic job was to ensure the safety and security of passengers, and as team work we help each other to achieve career goals, while providing out standing customer service.
As a purser flight attendant my responsibility was to have the overall responsibility to the aircraft commander for the conduct, co-ordination and performance of the cabin operations and safety duties in addition to oversee the work of the other attendants aboard the aircraft, while performing most of the same duties.
