Conduct Road Safety Audit on before implementation of Road Projects (Stages 1 to 4) and existing roads. Recommends corrective measures to minimize road hazard and prevent occurrence of traffic accidents.

Conduct Accident Block Spot Investigation on all roads with high fatality of accidents and recommends corrective measure to prevent occurrence of relevant traffic accidents.

Monitor and supervision of all road projects and road rehabilitation.

Assist the Traffic Safety Manager on matters pertaining to planning and efficient implementation of traffic safety management of the SLEX project.

Responsible in the formulation of Construction Safety Policies and Traffic Management.

Responsible in the operational aspects of the Traffic Safety Management.

Responsible in the compliance with all road works traffic and construction safety control devices in accordance with the standards and DPWH Manual to enhance public safety.

Checks and review correctness of accident reports submitted by the Mobile Patrol Guards and other traffic safety enforcers.

Manage and supervises the activities of the engineering support services of the maintenance department. Prepares/ maintenance program that includes terms of reference and plans and designs, quality control and monitors activities and other technical management, etc.

Prepare and design the annual maintenance program of all toll roads and facilities for approval of TRB, CMMTC and the Board of Directors of PSC.

Other Functions:
