HSE Supervisor Duties:-
A) Conduct a rig inspection/audit.
B) Follow-up on deficiencies from last audit.
C) Discuss deficiencies with Rig Manager
D) Observe work practices and habits of employees.
E) Conduct or participate in Safety Meetings on rig.
F) Observe Fire and Abandon Drills to assure proper procedure.
G) Assure all policies and procedures are in effected.
H) Conduct training as necessary.
I) Keep Rig Superintendent and HSE Manager informed.

1 Facility Inspections: conducted at least twice a month.
A) Document each Facility inspection.
B) Follow-up on all deficiencies noted.
C) Discuss deficiencies with Rig Superintendent.
D) Copy HSE Mgr. Facility inspections.
E) When hazardous situations or unsafe practices are noted try to act on them immediately.
2 Safety Meetings held twice each month.
A) Each safety meeting is documented and filed accordingly. (If not documented it did not happen).
B) Plan and post Safety Meetings ahead of time.
3 Different types of Drills held at least once each tore.
A) Must be documented and signed by all.
B) Plan a different scenario each time.
4 How the crew will respond to the fire? Make sure everyone know their duties?
5 Will require you to be accessible in case of an emergency.
6 Monitor 3rd Party Contractors Equipment and Personnel.
A) Inspect equipment worthiness and Safety issues.
B) Let them know what is expected of them as a contractor working for rig.
C) Document problems and send all information to shore base.
7 Journey Management:
A) Continue to monitor our journey management program.
B) Implement a journey management program for contractors.
C) Assure the documentation is filled-out correctly and permitted.
8 Fire Extinguishers inspected each month.
A) Repair, Replace and refill as needed by 3rd party contractor.
B) Document each monthly inspection.
