Job Responsibility:
- Instrumentation Leader for Overall Maintenance of Atlas Copco Gas Compressors Type "TP-10/10" from April
2014 to June 2014 For GC No. TPI0718381 & TPI0718382.
- Carry out the preventive and corrective Instrumentation maintenance activities for Balance of Plant of Thermal
Power Plant SSPS (DM planet, O2 flue gas analyzer, Sampling System, Drum Monitoring Level, Gas oil System,
Teledyne Continuous Emission Monitoring System CEMS).
- Follow up the Preventive and corrective maintenance activities of SNPS with the outsource contractor (TNB -
Kharafi national JV Company) according to a pre-set schedule and scope of work with Reported to MEW.
- Review & Preparation the recommendation report about the Maintenance Work Complete Report.
- Maintaining spares and inventories for efficient maintenance.
- Reviewing outsource contract document.
- 2015/2016 Follow up & Prepare outstanding and recommendation report on the Computerized Maintenance
Management System Project with the Contractor "JV-TNB Company & Intertec System Company" to apply
InforEAM application Version 11.1 on Shuaiba North Power Station-MEW.
-Follow The Commissioning Work with Hyundai Team (Cold and Hot Loop check for all instruments, pneumatic control valves and (on/off) valves to DCS.
-Follow Punching Item and Testing with Hyundai Team.
-Technical Inspection for Spare Parts with Hyundai Team.
-GE Gas Turbine Frame 9FA - Control System Mark VI.
Balance of Planet BOP I&C Maintenance:
-Gas Station consists: 4 Gas Compressors ATLAS Copco, Gas Fuel Supply, ESD, and Reducing, buffer System.
-Gas Oil Fuel System.
-Compressed Air Station consists: 6 Air Compressor ‘Comp Air, 4 Dryer Systems and Closed Cooling Water System (4 Chillers System).
-CCTV System
-Demineralization Water System 3 Trains, Waste Water treatment Station, Sampling System, Dosing System. - Service and Demi Water Feeding System
• Managed maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of Equipment for Industrial automation System (Resin Factory -Water Base Paint Factory WBP - Solvent Base Paint Factory SBP - Raw Material Transferring System Reimelt - Fire Alarm and Fighting System - Waste water treatment station).
• Prepared and managed an annual spare parts budget and purchasing request.
• Industrial Supplies tender estimation, Studying tender & make technical analytical & writing technical reporting for tender.
• Reviews any instrumentation, systems & automation engineering project plans and drawings provides technical advice and assistance, and makes recommendation and technical specification based upon reliability and performance data and systems needs.
• From 9/7/2006 to 1/7/2007 Work as Project Engineer For Resin Factory Extension Project (PACHIN) where I Participates in Preparing and Installation Electrical, instrumentation and Control equipments, Install and calibration load cell, Calibration of field instruments (level & pressure & temperature sensor), Pre commissioning inspection activities for the Field instruments and PLC S7 Control panels (Functional Tests Of Panels), Startup project.
• From March 2007 Till March 2008 I Supervises and Following Installation and Testing The Fire Alarm and Fighting System For PACHIN Administration Building.
From Jan 2007 up till May 2008 Training of Oracle application e11i EAM Module (Enterprise asset management) by CITE Company, and get a chance to Prepare, Collecting and revision Data and it's coding for all Equipment and System Plant in PACHIN Company to apply the needs of the business company PACHIN in The setup of EAM Oracle System.
•Can use the ABI system 8 IC test solution (PC-based IC test).
•Can use polar V-I signature (tools for voltage signature testing that technique used to compare working PCB).
•Can read any data sheet & using it in application and test.
•Can read electronics circuit diagram.
•Can deal with & test components of electronics.
