Validating the required appropriate action plan after the continuous evaluation of the bottleneck areas in the associated production line (factory) in terms of efficiency (speed) which in turn will affect the quality of the cans and assess all the alternatives that will boost the productivity (efficiency). On the other hand, looking for these alternatives in terms of spoilage and scrap reductions.
6. Evaluating and measuring the scrap versus spoilage in a daily, monthly and yearly basis then compare the entire positive results with the previous years. Finally, supporting all the new actions that had been done to be considered as SOP'S (Standard Operating Procedure's).
7. Approving all periodic (preventive) maintenance programs items for all machines in the associated plant after communicating with all engineering and maintenance departments' members then feedback to the engineering team the importance of focusing on a prescribed topic in order to exceed the company expectations with respect to spoilage minimization and efficiency maximization.
8. Integrating with all departments for trials of a new supplier or a new material provided no tolerances for the quality aspects as the main criteria.
9. Establishing new targets of K.P.I’s (Key Performance Indicator’s) for the whole processes in terms of the materials reductions programs by directing the logistic department to specify the communications criteria to all related suppliers & controls plans in order to reduce the cost/1000 cans & increase the profits.
10. Managing all customer complaints and issuing the proposed actions to prevent the occurrence in future.
11. Recruiting new people with HR team as per the approved organizational structure.
12. Coordinating with logistics department with regards to the demand in terms of materials and production volume requirements planning.
