Follow-up Subcontractor’s Programs.

The project site is the former Sta. Ana racetrack and is part of the redevelopment of the North of Makati. The development will have two (2) interconnected retail areas. The 1st one will be located at the Central walk which will also house the water retention facility/system of the entire development. The main retail area will have office buildings and Performing Arts Theatre on top. The retail and office will complement the residential and entertainment areas currently being developed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of Project Execution Schedule including resource allocation based on project contractual requirement.
Develops a well-defined and properly sequenced work activities in close coordination with the PM/PIC.
Analyze all contract data, establishes well-defined work activities and creates a comprehensive, properly linked CPM schedule.
Understands the flow and logistics needed for the execution of the project activities.
Organizes large amount of information into a coherent and meaningful Primavera format.
Operates the Primavera scheduling software.
Performs staff functions regarding Project Schedule, Physical Accomplishment based on earned value and activity sequence.
Initiate and facilitates the development and maintenance of the project schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Producing all necessary reports such as Monthly Project Report, Weekly Project Report and Daily report as per contracts agreement.
Maintain a close working relationship with the Construction Manager/ Site Manager and Site Engineer to ensure the efficient operation of the contract.
Monitor the progress of work against the planned schedule/base line schedule.
Analyze deviation, change of contract scope or delay, if required reschedule to meet target dates in co-ordination with Project Managers.
Prepare look ahead schedule, equipment & manpower histogram turnover forecast, as applicable for each contract.
Performed other related duties and functions as maybe required from time to time by the immediate superior in the attainment of set goals and objectives.
