Responsible for interfacing and coordinating works for both Refinery and Petrochemical Plant mechanical projects starting from EPC tendering until completion of EPC execution. Basic Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction &Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, test, mechanical completion and handover to operation. Interfaces, coordinates and manages multi-disciplinary engineers, contractors, vendors, etc. to deliver projects in accordance with company technical specifications and procedures, schedule and budget. Monitor and highlight if there is any potential interface issue throughout the project execution including to propose/implement the practical solution.
Management of an assigned construction work scope, through effective teamworking with the Contractor, to ensure the work is performed safely to the agrees Schedule and to an acceptable quality standarts. Provide leadership and direction to an assigned team of PMC personnel to effectively coordinate, and facilitate the work.
TUPRAS REFINERY RUP (FUEL OIL RESID UPGRADİNG) PROJECT (Around $ 2.5 Billion)

Project Description : Piping Fabrication and Erection(40.000t)- Equipment Erection(50.000 t) - Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection
(50.000 t) - Reinforced Concrete (300.000m3) - Cable Laying (5.000.000 m) - Tank Erection (20.000t)
Responsibilities:
· Follow Subcontractors Piping progress and coordinate them in order to catch the Daily-Weekly-Monthly Piping Fabrication and
erection targets.
· Control Subcontractors Piping fabrication and erection activities and make sure that all activities are done in accordance with
piping specifications, construction drawings and standart procedures.
· Cooperate with Material-QA/QC-Engineering Departments and solve Subcontractors problems in shortest period in order to keep
the progress in optimum level.
· Ensured that all site works are done according to all applicable QA/QC standards and HSE requirements.
· Attend piping walk down to ensure that lines are erected in accordance with standart isometrics and coordinate Subcontractor in
order to finalize punch clearance and reinstatement activities in shortest period.
· Attend Unit Subsystem & All Unit walk down and PSSR Walkthrough to ensure that all mechanical works are done in accordance
with standart P&ID and Engineering Drawings and HSE requirements.
· Coordinate Subcontractor to finalize punch clearance, perform tests, handover and mechanical completion activities and
cooperate with Owner.
ASAB FFD PROJECT- MAIN OIL LINE/ ME&I WORKS AT CENTRAL DEGASSING STATION (Around $ 1, 5 Billion)

Responsibilities:
· Manage workers and make required planning in order to catch the daily, weekly, monthly steel structure and piping erection and
welding progress.
· Monitored steel structures and piping materials take off, pre-fabrication and steel structure, piping erection activities.
· Developed and maintained engineering standards, materials specifications and construction design documents.
· Ensured that all site works are done according to all applicable quality and HSE standards.
· Ensured that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents and project
specifications.
· Coordinate Foreman steel structure and piping teams to finalize punch clearance, perform tests, handover and mechanical
completion activities and cooperate with Contractor.
QATAR GAS TRAIN 3 & 4 LNG ONSHORE PROJECT (Around $ 4 Billion)

Responsibilities:
· Monitored piping materials take off, pre-fabrication and piping erection activities.
· Developed and maintained engineering standards, materials specifications and construction design documents.
· Ensured that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
· Provided design solutions to manufacturing problems and sustaining business.
· Ensured that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents and project
specifications.
· Attends daily progress meetings with the contractor to resolve problems that arises during the pre-fabrication and erection activities.
· Monitored line checkers and ensured that punch clearance is done in accordance to piping specifications and standard procedures.
· Coordinate Foreman and piping teams to finalize punch clearance, perform tests, handover and mechanical completion activities
and cooperate with Contractor.
· Monitored fabrication of scaffolding materials.
· Supervised the erection of building elevators needed during high-rise building constructions necessary for lifting and transporting
objects.
· Monitored water jet machine concerned for cutting steel plates.
· Supervised pipe design for centralized natural gas distributing system both residential and commercial areas.
· Knowledgeable for piping design execution using auto cad software.
