Project: - Maple Leaf Cement Factory Up Gradation Project ( Grey Cement) & 500 TPD White Cement Project
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Fabrication workshop for Maple Leaf Cement Up-Gradation Project & local Fabrication of 500 tpd white cement. The work in the workshop was to calculate the material, supervision of fabrication work, shipment handling, marking of part no, general correspondence and billing the same. Fabrication of Bucket Elevator, gas conditioning tower, steel structure, platforms and idler frames were the main components of fabrication work.
• Erection of Maple Leaf 500 tpd white cement at Mianwali, Iskanderabad.
• The overall job in Asiacon (Pvt) Ltd was to handle the workshop supervision, correspondence, shipment, material calculation, Billing and later on I moved to the project site for erection work. On Erection site I handled the erection of duct line, heat exchanger, some platforms and all the fabrication & Erection Billing of the company.
