• Preparing the project master schedule (Baseline, recovery)
• Uploading and leveling the resources for all activities.
• Updating the baseline schedule on weekly and monthly basis.
• Review the contract and develop all the requirements for each stage (Engineering, procurement,
Construction).
• Preparing, monitoring, updating project budget, S-Curve, identifying labor rates, manpower histograms,
and controlling the project plan by using earned value management (EVM).
• Preparing the required tracking sheet for each stage such as construction tracking sheet and
procurement tracking sheet to ensure the full control on the project activities.
• Prepare all the required reports for the consultant and owner monthly reports and weekly reports.
• Using effective control techniques to monitor the overall progress of work and prepare KPIs &
Dashboards and prepare monthly and weekly reports.
• Assisting Project management to realize the risk areas, block points and corrective actions by launching
conclusion reports after collecting and analyzing the field data.
• Preparing the required claims for extension of time and extra costs (EOT claims).
• Preparing the monthly progress invoices.

 Prepare architectural shop drawings as (ceiling - flooring).
 Coordinate between consultants, site engineers and subcontractors.
 Coordinate between all departments to avoid happening any complex.
