Highlights:
- Contractor coordination, working as a team leader (Assign work, distribute
activities, prepare Master Plan, … )
- Testing and Commissioning of Numerical relays ABB, Siemens, Alstom, SEL,
Schneider Electric and GE.
- Designing and correcting of control& power circuit drawings as per the client’s
requirements.
- Preparation of MOC (management of change for the modification work).
- Preparation of event report.
- Preparation of standard operation procedure for electrical equipment’s.
- Complete safety trainings like first aid, firefighting, breathing apparatus.
- Preparation of risk assessment.
- Testing and Commissioning all function and equipment of EHV, HV, MV and LV
switchgear Siemens, ABB, Alstom, Hyundai, Hyosung, Schneider Electric and
Alfanar.
- Partial discharge testing of switchgears.
- Check all signals from protection and control relays to micro SCADA.
- Check and analyzing any troubleshooting and disturbance in power system
Executing some activities in design:
- SAT (site acceptance test) report for submission to approval.
- Method of statement for the testing activities in live substations.
- Submission of final as built drawing to consultant and client.
- Modification in existing control scheme design.
- Modification in existing protection scheme design.
- Preparing of protection and control cable schedule for a total substation.
- Modification of protection scheme in place of feeder rating up gradation.
- Modification of scheme in place of bay coupling (addition of new bay in
existing stations)
- Comparison of existing bay ABB schematic drawing in place of new bay
Siemens drawing and matching both the scheme and changing and modifying
new scheme according to the existing scheme, so as to match the new bay
scheme as per existing.
- Modification in scheme for line feeders, cable feeders, transformer feeders,
incomer feeders in upgrading into numerical relays by removing electro
mechanical relays.
Testing & commissioning the following:
- All Electrical equipment from 400 volts to 400 kV System.
- Indoor and outdoor substation and substation equipment’s with all type of
Instrumentation Transformers, circuit Breakers.
- Current Transformers, Potential Transformers, Capacitance Voltage
Transformers.
- Lightning Arrestors, Surge Counters, Switchyard equipment test.
- Circuit Breakers: Air Circuit Breaker (415V CB) Vacuum Circuit Breaker,
(6.6KV, 11KV, 33KV, CB’S) SF6 CIRCUIT BREAKER (GIS)
- All meters: Ammeters, Voltmeter, Power meter and Energy meters.
- ALL lockout relays, auxiliary relays, MCB’S and MCCB’S
- CT Secondary injection, Primary injection test up to relay end.
- VT Secondary injection test up to relay end.
- BUSBAR contact resistance Test.
- BUSBAR Stability Test.
- Transformers and Generators-Differential Sensitivity & Stability Test.
- Protection end to end Test for line feeders.
