Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Managing the reactive, preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Manage Sub-contractors service deliveries in line with SLA’s and KPI’s
• Ensuring that all statutory compliance according to the calendar deadlines for all local authority requirements e.g. Civil Defense, DEWA, Municipality, etc.
• Maintain records of daily activities and Prepare QA/QC reports with all the photographs and Prepare Weekly, Monthly and yearly site activity report and conditional Survey Report
• Submitting all relevant documentation to AEM for verification and invoicing by Finance Department
• Preparing and submission documentation to the client for verification of job completion and billing advice
• Allocating manpower to various projects efficiently in order to maximize productivity
• Conduct risk assessment and document it prior to commencing the job in order to minimize accidents and incidents and Taking adequate measures to mitigate the risk.
• Ensuring all HSE policies, processes, standards and procedures are implemented on all sites in line with contractual obligations and international standards.
• Ensuring all Facilities Management policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls are implemented after approval so that the FM Key Accounts are serviced safely, reliably and cost effectively.
• Recommend Facilities Management Budgets and work plans in order to ensure that all contracts and Projects are carried out within agreed parameters e.g. Cost, Timelines, Service delivery objectives etc.
• Preparing Facilities Management MIS and progress reports in line with the Corporate Governance System to deliver timely and accurate information which will support the efficient delivery of business objectives.
• Preparing and ensuring weekly and monthly reports are submitted to the Client to report progress on compliance with SLA’s for KPI’s and close out all work orders.
• Supervise the Facilities Management team, to meet all Facilities Management functional objectives.
• Implement all Human Resource Management processes like Recruitment, Reward Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development etc. to keep employees in the Facilities Management Area adequately engaged.
• Conduct Technical Training of MEP Facilities Management staff to deliver the Facilities Management functional Objectives.
• Maintain electrical equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.
• Supervise maintenance of Electrical Panels, Pumps, Chillers, FAHU, AHU, Hygienic AHU, FCU, MDB, DB, PTS, Mortuary, Medical gases system and Nurse call system.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report and PPM completion report for submission to the client.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain communication with suppliers, contractors, and engineering firms outside of the company as well as other technical plant personnel to ensure the necessary components are in place complete maintenance projects in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner
• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations
• Ensure that equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
• Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management
• Perform energy audit and recommend alternative sources of energy
• Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are switched off after close of work daily
• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish electrical installation standards and specifications
• Review and check all electrical installations and ensure compliance with the installation requirements
• Ensure that the tasks are carried out in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and all applicable legal standards
• Completes a variety of assignments such as reviewing and/or preparing drawings, specifications, calculations (Software & Manual) and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes.
• Reviews and/or prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents related to specific electrical assignments.
• Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented
• Review and check all electrical installations and ensure compliance with the installation requirements
• Review design of electrical installations and be responsible for maintenance to provide for continuous availability for operations
• Take steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making appropriate recommendations to management
• Purchase electrical fittings and components or supervise the staff charged with the responsibility
• Provide 24 hours a day maintenance services or assign technical staff to do so

it is a waving unit. i worked in power supply unit. this industry has combined cycle power plant. i worked there on generator over-haling and power monitoring unit.

one month internee at Shadiwal Power Station. it is hydro Electrical small power plant. i was internee there when there was annual maintenance is going on
