The role primarily site based and included the review of shop drawings and material submittals by the fit-out contractor, general coordination between Client & Stakeholders, the main contractor and sub-contractors, consultancy and supervision of the project, and ensuring Interior Design elements are reviewed and properly executed on the site. The Al Habtoor Polo Ranch - St. Regis Hotel consists of a 3-storey, 126-room hotel and 26 Luxury 2-storey Villas situated in Dubailand, adjacent to the Bypass Road (Emirates Road).
Expected date of completion on the last quarter of 2016.
Primary role is to lead a group of design professionals to develop appropriate and correct design development documentation and coordinate all necessary documentation between Conceptual and project execution.
a.) Responsible for the preparation of CAD Documentation for projects.
b.) Prepare CAD Drawings including all necessary information required for design and documentation.
c.) Prepare drawing documentation after signing final design development by client
d.) Setup drawings using using office standard layering and object description.
e.) Maintain files accordingly and assist designers to develop details and cross check relevant documents.
a.) Leads the studio to develop solutions for design and assume responsibility for all concept and development of designs.
b.) Preparation of documentation for tender and construction and plan and manage personnel and resources work flow.
c.) Manage cost control and personnel man-hours
d.) Reports directly to the General Manager & Owner
e.) train and supervise personnel and ensure working standards are upheld.
