Responsible for commissioning planning, readiness and execution (materials, tools, spares) and startup of new equipment, facilities after construction or modification (preparation of commissioning plan/sequence, commissioning procedures and etc.)

Monitoring of plant equipment operation such Oil & Gas Separators, Gas Compressors, producer and injection wells (inc NGL well).
Site Supervision for 250 wells and manage Production Operators and duty maintenance technician. Acting Shift Supervisor. Close work with Well Service group during Workover jobs and participating on Sucker Rod pumps/Screw pumps adjustment. Dealt with well handover after work over and well testing. Responsible from OPS side during pre-commissioning start-up of new facilities. Work with Drilling and Completions department to ensure safe and efficient operations on new wells handover and start up after drilling.
Monitoring of production process (wells and process system), responsible for stable safe oil production and process system performance. Also dealt with well handover after work over and well testing.
Acting Production Technologist/Well Integrity Engineer position. Preparation programs for Well Service rigs.
Monitoring of gas production and process equipment for stable and safe gas production operation and qualitied gas export.
Implement Daily Production report to Management as acting Production Supervisor.
Repair and maintenance of oil field equipment (centrifugal pumps, valves, heater tubes and etc.)
Acting Foreman and Engineers during their absence.
