As an agile System Analyst, I make sure the user stories translate into effective changes and do process modelling to facilitate the discovery of information needs. Coordinate business stakeholders and project delivery. Prioritizing product requirements for projects. Analyse and gather users requirements using use cases, mock up and eli citation meetings. Create and maintain b usiness requirements specification documents. Communicating requirements with business and technical teams to ensure product features objectives are met. Queries with SQL databases to support business users. Negotiate and liaise between business teams, technology teams, development and support teams. Intergration with 3rd party applications and ERPs. Lead the developmen t team and support them when required. Manage and monitor company servers and cloud applications. Provide software related technical support to clients remotely and onsite. Prepared business models, flowcharts, and diagrams.
Provide hardware and software support to inhouse staffs. Assign application users and manage roles.
