General Function : Responsible for providing administrative support in the assigned unit. Acts as liaison within the assigned unit, hospital-wide and others externally including but not limited to government agencies, healthcare facilities, patients and families and serves as unit-based resource personnel for the unit. Responsible for the over-all office management of the unit, which tasks include but not limited to supplies management and control and ensures availability of needed supplies at all times, observes orderliness and good housekeeping with the end in view of achieving the highest efficiency, safety and smooth flow of the day to day operations. Support group for the clinical team to ensure patients satisfaction in line with the organization's Patients First slogan.
General Function : Responsible for the accurate and timely billing and cashiering; cash, credit and check reconciliation and reporting and collection for all cashiering/billing related transactions of the OPD via HIS, Outlook and other established reportorial forms and procedures. Undertakes accordingly front and back office functions such as but not limited to appointment bookings, patient welcome and registration, insurance approvals and other front desk related tasks in line with the set general customer service standards aligned with the JCIA.
Participates and get involve in OPD related activities and undertaking for the continuing improvement of the department and clinic-wide.
Responsible for the implementation, creation, formulation, maintenance and effective administration of personnel policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, CBA compliance (2 Labor Unions), labor management and admin and human resource development programs; represents the Company in all labor/work related legal proceedings; resource and support personnel in the Organizational Development (training, recruitment, performance and change management); directs and supervises various administrative, recreational and office support service activities and undertakings and handles and supervises pertinent concerns of the manpower agencies.
Responsible for the same duties for the affiliate Company, Lotus Polypaper Ind. Corp. with 2 plants loc. in Sun Valley, Paranaque and Tanyag, Taguig.
Directs and supervises the HRAD Supervisor, HR/Compensation and Benefits Staff, HR/Recruitment Staff, Company Physician, Dentist and Nurse, Timekeeper, HR Clerk, MIT Team (Mgmt. Inspection Team), Chief Security Officer along with the Agency Guards, Tel. Operator/ Bus. Center Clerk, Messengers and Utilities and Canteen concessionaire’s operation.
Reports administratively to the Vice-President for Administration and functionally to the Company’s President and CEO.
Performs other functions as need arises as well as instructions from the owner’s members of the family.
Directed and administered the implementation, creation, formulation and effective administration of personnel policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, labor management and admin and human resource development programs; Organizational Development (implemented the Company’s Organizational and Salary Structures, Employees Handbook, Job Classification, Performance management, rewards system, etc.)
Responsible in the three (3) areas/sub-sections of the department, namely:
1.) Development and Research - includes Morale Studies; Employee Assistance and Guidance Counseling; Employee Relations-Audit; Evaluation and Analysis of HRD Programs; Suggestion System; Complaints and Grievances; Disciplinary Cases; Recreation, Wellness & Physical Fitness
2.) Health & Safety - Promotion of Safety; Accident Prevention and Reports; Health Tips and Teachings
3.) Administrative/General Affairs - Transport: effective services & repair; Bldg. & Vehicle Insurance; Landscaping; Monitoring and checking of consumption and billings; Staff House for Japanese Executives
Meetings and Internal Reports - Monthly Management Meeting, Focused Review and Operations Meeting
Supervises: HR/Admin. Staff, Nurses, Drivers, Auto Mechanic, Janitors and Agency Guards
Performed other personnel function as need arises.
