1. In charged in the demolition works of existing platforms decks and lifeboat structures at BLQ and BPP areas.
2. In charged in the relocation and reinstatement of existing skid clarifier and cross exchanger.
3. Supervised the installation of various deck extension for BLQ and BPP at Cellar and Main decks.
4. Supervised the installation of Davit structure and the lifeboat ( 66 Man cap.)
5. In charged in the installation of pipe supports.
6. Responsible in submitting the daily progress reports.
7. Prepare work schedules for 3 days/ 1 week look ahead.
8. Coordinate and follow up the materials requirement at onshore.
9. Check and verify materials delivery with respect to project specification requirements before installation.
10. Prepare JSA ( Job Safety Analysis) as a requirement to obtain work permit ( Hot / Cold)
11. Conduct tool box talk to the workers explaining the content of the work permit and the JSA and schedule.
12. In charged in the lifting and installation of the Heating Medium Skids and bridge with services linking Wellhead platform and Production platform.
13. Raise up job growth for variation or additional works.
14. Initiate STQ ( Site Technical Query) to the client ( Worley) for any changes/ clarifications/ variations from the original scope of works with back up details.
15. Prepare structural details to the client for approval with regards to the site instruction of additional works.
16. Involved in the mini shutdown works such as relocation of glycol skids and tie in of bond strands piping and fire hose reel.
17. Coordinate the works from time to time to the other disciplines to eliminate interferences ahead and resolved at once if found any.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overall in charged on the complete fabrication of tubular steel works for MMLRT stations for columns, frames, trusses, supports, ladders and stairs,
2. Received and checked the delivered materials if correct and if they have proper documentation before the fabrication commence.
3. Ensured that the delivered materials are stored and protected properly.
4. See to it that the work is in accordance to project specification requirements and in compliance with the AWS DI.I and ANSI as the basis of quality assurance.
5. Conduct inspection on cutting, fit up / assembly, dimensional, welding, finishing, and blasting and painting.
6. Ensuring that prior to the release of any fabricated materials to site, it has been properly checked and with relevant documents.
7. Supervise and monitor the progress of works on a daily basis and ensure that the schedule has been met.
8. Attending meeting with contractors and PMO consultants during a weekly and monthly audits.
9. Daily checked on the qualified welders and its consumable electrodes.
10. An appropriate non compliance report (NCR) has being issued to any violation with specification requirements.
11. Reviewing progress claims and reports of the fabrication for recommendation of payments.
12. Coordinate and resolved drawing queries at once not to interfere the on going fabrication works.
13. Ensuring that the works meet the schedules.
14. Reporting to Country Manager.
