Key Responsibilities :
> Managed construction of two 43-floor high-rise towers, comprising a Kempinski five-star hotel and
serviced apartments with high-end residential units.
> Oversaw associated service building and infrastructure, including water tanks and utilities supporting
both towers.
> Directed site execution, contractor coordination, and multidisciplinary team alignment across structural,
architectural, and MEP works.
> Maintained alignment with project schedule, quality standards, and budget through effective planning
and site control.
> Developed and drove recovery plans, implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and maintain
alignment with project milestones.
> Led weekly progress and technical meetings with the client, presenting and justifying progress while
addressing technical challenges and constraints.
> Managed shop drawing submissions, ensuring timely review, approval, and alignment with construction
schedule.
> Ensured full compliance with HSE standards across all site activities.

Phase 2 Jumeirah Jabal (
Project Value: $600M )
Oversaw the turnkey construction of a 198, 451 m² mixed-use development, including a 10-
floors podium and 4 five-star hotel towers.
Supervised the construction, MEP works, and architectural fit-outs of high-end hospitality
and retail spaces.
Ensured full compliance with Saudi Civil Defense regulations, implementing fire safety
protocols, emergency evacuation plans, and inspection procedures.
Worked closely with JUMEIRAH, the hotel operator, to meet brand standards and
operational requirements, facilitating the handover process and ensuring a seamless project
transition.
Managed all aspects of construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder
coordination to ensure timely completion.
Ensured compliance with international quality and safety standards while working in a high
density urban environment.

Led the turnkey modernization of military hangars, airfields (46, 875 m²), and operational
facilities for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF).
Worked directly with AECOM, the projects consultant, ensuring compliance with global
construction and military infrastructure standards.
Managed all site works, overseeing daily operations and coordinating between civil, MEP,
and architectural teams to maintain project alignment with schedules.
Conducted daily coordination meetings and site visits, ensuring all departments were
synchronized in execution.
Supervised the construction effort while acting as the companys on-site representative to
facilitate smooth project execution.
Ensured availability of necessary equipment and followed up with the Procurement
Department to avoid material delays.

Supervision of all building construction activities like slip form core walls, columns, beams
and slabs and finishing activities.
Carrying out inspection of various construction activities & getting it approved from
consultant.

Steel space structure trusses for roof including members, angles, finishes and fixing all
associated works as per approved shop drawings and specs.
Follow up with site engineers, architects, supervisors, subcontractors to ensure that works
are such (CMU & Gypsum Board Wall, plaster, screed, epoxy flooring and terrazzo,
polyurethane, paint, ceramic & porcelain tiling works, marble, ceiling (Gypsum board &
acoustic tiles), aluminum & precast cladding etc..) being carried out as per design drawings,
specifications & meeting deadlines.
Leading the coordination between disciplines.
Calculation of material requirements, placing purchase forms and material delivery
inspection reports for all above mentioned finishing works activities.
