▪ Prepare instrument QC database of project according to project instrument Index.
▪ Manage the QC inspection activities of instrumentation material receiving, installation and pre-commissioning power down activity and ensure all following the procedure compare all the result to the standard and arrange for walk down with the Clint QA\QC supervisor for final approval and signature.

Ensures that all necessary tools are available to ensure safety whilst working on equipment;
Ensures all necessary precautions are taken by himself, the I&C Technicians whilst undertaking any jobs, Installing & Configure the new instruments.
Attempts all possible means of reducing equipment downtime and ensuring high plant availability.
Performs Root Cause Analysis of failures.
Works with Plant Operations Personnel to resolve problems encountered with I&C equipment.
Verifies equipment settings, testing and energization requirements.
Plans for and ensures that maintenance on all I&C equipment is in accordance with OEM Manuals for the equipment;.
