1- Attend online meetings with the customer to collect the needed data and requirements.
2- Attend meetings with the project managers to prepare the project time plan and the blueprint.
3- Prepare and make training meetings to present the Project team Orientation (PTO) to the customer key users and the system admins.
4- Make the best practices for the needed futures and upgrade them to the latest versions.
5- Make a meeting to identify the differentiation between the best practice and the customer needs.

3-Create a job post for the vacant Positions in our resources (Wuzzuf - Linked In) and looking for the recommendations and internal suitable candidates for position requirements.
4-"Headhunting" - Identifying and Approaching Suitable Candidates Who May Already Be in Work.
5-Collect CV’s and Make screening & selection for Best CV, s and Call Them for Interviews.
6-Make an Interviews and Identify Second Interviews (Technical) for Suitable Candidates with HOD.
7-Make Exit interviews with the resigned candidates and make reasons analysis and make a report for HR Director.
8-Identify Salary range as per company salary structural.
9-Make an Offer Letter for The perfect & Talent Candidates that who’s
Approved in an interview and get sign from them.
10-Extending recruitment sourcing channels in accordance to new market
11-Design Job Post with Adobe Illustrator to attract the candidates by Professional way.
12-Discussion and follow up Men Power Need Analysis.
13-Participate in Job fairs.
14-Participate in work load analysis & job analysis.
15-Participate in OC Structural & Man Power Plan.
16-Help Compensation & Benefits Department in salary survey making as per Interviews & Exit Interviews financial Issues Results.
A- HR Specialist from Nov 2014 to Dec 2016
1- Conducting & Follow up Performance Appraisal.
2- Participate in Annual Performance Management System.
3- Responsible for Collect and review all of manual attendance for the blue coolers and make a monthly report for all of executive managers in site.
4- Review & conduct annual Vacations cycle for employees and send the final approved vacations for the HQ.
5- Make Monthly sheet for the upcoming employee needs and send it for supply chain Division.
6- Provide the site with another candidate instead of the missed candidates (Vacation - turnover)
7-Observe the turnover rate and make a monthly report for the HQ to provide us with another Candidates.
B- HR Coordinator from Feb 2014 to Nov 2014:
1- Follow-up attendance systems, Prepare a daily report of Manpower.
2- Perform all the functions of Human Resources Management (Annual leave, letter, Etc.) And submit them to the head office.
3- Prepare payroll, submit it to the head office.
4-Creating personnel file for new hire, establish and maintain the standard filing System.
5-Responsible of health insurance for employees, handling work injuries on GOSI System.
6-Report regularly to HR. manager for work progress and work issues.
1- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
2- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
3- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
4- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
5- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
6- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
7- Support other functions as assigned.
