• Responsible for (Cash and Banks - Accounts Payables - Fixed Assets and General Expenses).
• Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities and provide efficient service.
• Keep track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions etc, in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
• account/bank reconciliations
• review and process expense reports
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries.
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Assist with year-end closings
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
