• Acting as Behavioural-based Safety Lead for the AGT Region since 2001 having trained more than 3500 BP and Contractor employees in STOP, ASA, BOSS, SOC and coached hundreds of SOC users in quality Safety Observation and Conversations program implementation
• Leading implementation of a unified approach to Human Factors across the whole Business through Human Reliability, Human Error Assessment and Prevention and Fatigue management.
I was a lecturer at the State University teaching English Grammar and Phraseology from 1974 up to 2003. Similtaneously was a lecturer at the Turkish University "Qafqaz" from 1992 to 1996.
Have published 12 books and methodology devices for teachers, more than 30 articles on the subject.
