In this role, I was responsible for various aspects of organizational development and employee management. This included maintaining the company's organizational chart and ensuring its accuracy and up-to-date information. I also prepared and maintained comprehensive job descriptions to provide clarity on roles and responsibilities within the organization. Additionally, I developed career development plans for all positions, as well as individualized employees' development plans to support their growth and advancement. One of my key tasks was managing the periodic appraisal process for all employees, assessing their performance and providing constructive feedback. Based on the appraisal results, I identified employees' training needs and organized both internal and external training courses to address those needs effectively. Finally, I diligently assessed the outcomes of the training courses to evaluate their impact on employee development and the overall success of the training initiatives.

Another crucial aspect of my role involved reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring their compliance. Furthermore, I handled the editing of attendance sheet records and addressed related issues. Lastly, I supervised the ticketing system and prepared monthly reports to monitor its performance.
