Stakeholder Management
• Lead the efforts to identify/coordinate with any entity that might be affected by the designs or construction works of the project.
• Follow up all NOC’s and approvals from all authorities, agencies, consultants, contractors involved in any way in our project, so that project can commence without objections.
• Mitigate/resolve any issues that might arise during the design or construction stage for the project.
• Liaison with appropriate stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of circulated information about the project.
• Identify any escalating issues with stakeholders, and report it to project management as appropriate.
• Represent the project in coordination meetings with stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
• Support in facilitating necessary resources (ex: backfilling material, lands for logistics, ...) to the contractor as appropriate
Public Relations:
• Planning and implementing community engagement activities that address issues and concerns raised by local communities
• Protect and enhance the reputation of the Project/ the client
• Coordinates the documentation and reporting of program activities as required.
• Coordinates Programme-based events including meetings, workshops, project presentations, announcements, media opportunities, public consultation events.
• Manage documenting Projects (photos and videos)
• Manage media complaints, public announcements.
- Performs conventional aspects of internal and external communication, marketing and reporting.
- Provides technical support to colleagues around communication requirements.
- Develops promotional and marketing material to fulfil project requirements, address stakeholder needs and meet client expectations
- Coordinates the documentation and reporting of Programme activities, outputs and outcomes as required using Programme specific systems, processes and databases.
- Manages specific projects to support Programme management functions.
- Manage the Public relations representatives working for the supervision consultants and contractors to make sure the implement the PR Plans as required.
