- Detailed layout of Toilet and Kitchen.
- Design the Ceiling & Cornice up to the smallest details.
- Involved in designing furniture, cabinet, and wardrobe layout.
- Design-specific Door details.
- Drawing maps that accurately show where other buildings and trees are, then designing and planning around those. These drawings include walkways, fountains, new plants and buildings, and other decorations.
- All types of drawing i.e. presentation drawing, submission drawing, and working drawing.
- Drawings for all types of bungalows flat apartments, hotels commercial buildings & landscaping. The drawing includes the plan, elevation section, site plan, and location plan by using a suitable scale.
- Detailing of interior design for presentation purposes.
- Undertaking site visits to check the work of construction with reference to the drawing.

Liaise effectively with the Executive Director and external contacts.
Handle Accounts of the Company (Cash, Receivables, Payables, and Inventory).
Coordinate and organize appointments with clients.
Coordinate with the Shipping Company for the incoming shipments of the Inventory/Supplies.
Prepare quotations thru emails to already and prospected clients.
Send letters catalogs and pictures to the customers as per request of the Director.
Screen incoming emails and telephone calls, action responses and redirect correspondence when necessary.
Organize and coordinate travel requests for the higher management and other members of the company.
Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, and related materials for ease of retrieval.
Maintains and replenishes stationeries and arranges servicing of office equipment to ensure the undisruptive operation of the office.
Responsible for the printing of office stationeries, including envelopes, letterhead, and name cards Coordinate documents for approval.
Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration/office management activities.
Liaise with the building management on building management matters e.g. car park, maintenance, safety, etc.
Renewal of License, Insurance, Contract, and Advertisement.
