• Hessa Al Mubarak District, GRAND TOWERS, 40 Floors, 36M KD (Deputy Resident Engineer, Lead Site Architect). Achievement: Managed Administration Facilities (ADFA) with collaboration and guiding the contractor for raising progress of some buildings from 30% to 60% in one month with great impact on a time schedule.
Roles: Ensured effective management and coordination of Family Entertainment Centre and Al Kout Mall. Collaborated and communicated with other disciplines and clients to meet project objectives. Delivered projects with high-end quality finishes. Researched, planned, designed, and administered projects activities for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design. Projects:
• Family Entertainment Center, Al Kout Mall, 3M KD. Achievement:
• Built and fostered solid relationships with the client for future promotion.
• Accepted and accomplished challenge to keep project within cost.
Roles: As a Site Architect I administered construction supervision management of Sabah Al Salem University City - Kuwait University, Shelters and Vehicles Deck Parkings. Renovation of Radisson Blu SAS Hotel in Kuwait. Supervise to ensure a high-end quality of finishes as well as full coordination with all disciplines, stakeholders and the valued clients, Manage and supervise day-to day construction activities oversee implementation, Monitor the quality of work and adherence to project specifications and standards. As a Design Development Architect, I provided Consultancy services, design review/coordination and submitted tender documents for Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi project (Qasr Al Watan). Projects:
• Sabah Al Salem University City - Kuwait University, Shelters and Vehicles Deck Parkings, 150M KD (Site Architect).
