- Organize the work and respond emails forwarding to reduce average call processing time by 5 minutes.
- Also worked on follow-up team call center and modernizing work system and recorded project main data after correct.
- Dealing with the technicians and Escalate problems to concerned engineer for major issues and for technical support.
Monitoring IManager M2000 & U2000, Alcatel (OMCR 03 & 06) External alarms, Creating TT, Escalation and follow up with EM field team and closed TT's.
- Escalating and follow up of the alarms to NFO within agreed SLA time frame.
- Responsible to prepare the PMR record of all 2G sites on daily basis with coordination of field team.
- Escalation of SMS for HUB sites, and sending the update, clearance for HUB sites.
- Coordinating with field engineer to clear the alarms.
- Also holds training sessions from ZTE to respond to network Monitor problems and respond to email properly.
