in banqueting department and also in the room service department, on casual basis, in Crowne Plaza Hotel, which is a 5 star Hotel here in Kenya, where we served and attended to guests in the hotel boardrooms while holding their meetings, in their rooms thus making their stay hospitable and very comfortable, and also to guests who came for parties and other social gatherings.

Worked as a barista with huge chain of coffee shops in Middle East, where we were working as a team in taking orders, set the tables, serve beverages, clear tables and deal with the exchange of bills and money with great appearance, politeness and friendly nature, thus giving our customers an exemplary customer care skills.
