● Learning the names of & building relationships with
regular customers.

● Greeting customers as they arrive and showing them
to their table.
● Escort customers to their tables.
● Bring the wine selections to the table and pour in
appropriate glasses
● Check patrons' identification in order to ensure that
they meet minimum age requirements for
consumption of alcoholic beverages.
● Collect Payments.
● Inform customers of daily specials.
● Describe and recommend wines to customers
● Giving out menus and taking orders for food and
