- Develop Performance Management Program policies and procedures
- Set Performance Management Program plan and communicate it to all involved personnel
- Prepare educational material on how to best utilize the program
- Provide guidance and couceling to employees and cheif hats in PMP related matters
- Conduct general awareness sessions to newly joined employees
- Insure departments compliance with forced ranking
- Prepare final report with inputs on company's overall performance
Responsible for vendor training and licenser training under Petrorabigh Phase II OJT group. I lead negotiations with proponent departments and with training facilitators and take care of arranging training plans, scope of work, venues and coordinating with employment officers and employees who'll be sent to training. Moreover, it's my duty to work with contracting section and finance department on contracts and invoicing matters.
- Participate in benchmarking studies in order to update C&B scheme and determine deviation from market
- Review and enhance company policy and HR manual
- Conduct internal equity studies
- Put together annual labor budget
- Conduct financial impact studies
- Advising on all things related to the Out of Kingdom Assignments, and this includes coordinating and communicating with the employees, the finance department, and policy makers.
- Advising on all things related to educational assistance allowance for international employees.
- Developing policy awareness presentations and discussion panels, and conducting meetings with employees regarding different policy related issues.
- Communicating policy discrepancies and pointing out necessary modifications.
- Investigating different issues and mediating cases between employees and their departments.
- Conducting exist interviews and investigating related issues.
- Handling other routine; such as, emergency leave, counseling, death cases, corrective guidance, Grievances, etc.
- Apprenticeship program: coordinating the efforts between the company and the training facilities.
- HRDF: coordinating between different units to smooth the process and get the HRDF training fund to support our Saudi employees.
- Summer training: coordinating and monitoring the activities and providing English training for summer students.
Compensation and Benefits
- Prepare and maintain job descriptions.
- Assist HRD team in job evaluation to implement salary grades and compensation levels for each grade across the organization.
- Execute periodic salary revision and benchmarking as per policy.
Performance Management
- Create standard templates for performance appraisal.
- Coordinate with user department for completion of appraisal exercise in stipulated timeframe.
- Gather the completed appraisal forms and collate the data.
- Resolve complaints/ queries from employees.
Succession / Career Planning
- Assist the HRD Manager in documenting career paths for various jobs along with expectations at each level (expected time at one level, performance levels required to move higher, etc).
- Assist the HRD Manager in implementing and monitoring ‘fast-track’ programs for high performers.
- Assist the HRD Manager in implementing training strategies for senior level employees.
- Assist the HRD Manager in monitoring training budgets for each SBU for each department.
Talent Management
- Organizing orientation sessions for new employees.
- Arranging on-the-job training for employees.
